Danish media outlet casually mentions the chemical weapons of mass destruction found in Iraq during the war

Yesterday an article about the American soldiers suffering from effects after contact with chemical weapons in Iraq during the 2003+ invasion, I found a highly noteworthy fact in the end of the article.
"Alle de kemiske våben, som blev fundet i Irak, var produceret før 1991 i forbindelse med landets langvarige krig mod nabolandet Iran. Langt de fleste af våbnene var endda udviklet i USA, produceret i Europa og sat i produktion i Irak af vestlige firmaer."
And translated it says :
All the chemical weapons found in Iraq was produced before 1991 in relation to the country's long conflict with neighboring Iran. Almost all of the weapons was even developed in America, produced in Europe and set into construction in Iraq by Western companies.
So this tells us that the coalition of blood thirsty nations did find chemical weapons of mass destruction in Iraq, that was there excuse to invade in the first place, an excuse that has since been revealed as a blatant lie, and the abandonment of the petrodollar by Iraq in their trade of oil seems like a more liable reason.
But they did find chemical weapons. Their own. Not something they where eager to announce to the world. Try looking into who manufactured and sold weapons and chemical agents to the Iranian side of the conflict.
Amazing what can sometimes be found as a casual snug in fact.
